Commendations
	Legion of Merit Not actually a Union Award, this medal is awarded by the ACWGC Cabinet to members of both sides who have made major contributions to the ACWGC that assists the club. It is shown here for information and download purposes. Awarded by the ACWGC Cabinet
	Medal of Honor awarded by the CoA with approval of the Theater Commanders for service above and beyond the call of duty. 20 OBD
	Outstanding Service Medal awarded by the CoA for extraordinary service in support of the Union Army. 20 OBD
	Kearny Cross of Valor awarded at the discretion of the Theatre Commander, upon recommendation of the Army Commander for outstanding achievements on the field of battle. 15 OBD
	Sherman Victory Medal awarded for winning a single elimination tournament that does not have a seperate victor's medal/ribbon. 15 OBD
	Distinguished Service Order awarded at the discretion of the Theatre Commander, to those officers who signficantly contribute to the support of the Union Army. 10 OBD
	Sheridan Combat Medal Awarded quarterly by the Army Commander to the officer in each corps with the best combat record; such record determined by allowing 2 points for each MV, 1 point for each mV, 0 points for each DRAW, -1 point for each mD and -2 points for each MD as recorded from the DoR. The recipient's point total must equal 5 or more points. In the event of a tie, two or more awards may be simultaneously issued. 10 OBD
	Combat Badge awarded by the Army Commander for battlefield achievments. 5 OBD
	Honorable Service Medal awarded at the discretion of the Army Commander to those officers who contribute to the support of the Union Army. 5 OBD
	Union Army Good Conduct Medal awarded at the discretion of the Army Commander to those officers who display exemplary conduct in their role as an officer of the Union Army. 5 OBD
	Bureau of Military Information Sharpe Medal awarded by the Union Army War College to those officers who have contributed significantly to gathering intelligence on the enemy.   Additional awards with honors as noted below.
