September 2011 Promotion Report
ATTENTION TO ORDERS!
As of August 31, 2011 one officer in the Army of the Tennessee has earned enough OBD points to merit promotion to the next grade.
Captain (P) Ephraim Burton, 3(2Cav)/XVI, to Lt. Colonel
Brigadier General Ray Matthews and Major General David Elkin have had their promotions endorsed by the ACWGC Cabinet
