OFFICERS OF THE ARMY OF THE TENNESSEE,
ATTENTION TO PARADE!
The following divisions have been accorded the status of "Eagle Division Honor Guard" for their 100% Muster Returns during the month of March, 2011.
FIRST INFANTRY DIVISION, XV Corps, First Consecutive (Ninth Overall) Awards
SECOND INFANTRY DIVISION, XV CORPS, Fourth Consecutive (Twelfth Overall) Award
THIRD (1st) CAVALRY DIVISION, XV CORPS, Fifth Consecutive (Eighth Overall) Award
FIRST INFANTRY DIVISION, XVI CORPS, Second Consecutive (Twelfth Overall) Award
SECOND INFANTRY DIVISION, XVI CORPS, Eighth Consecutive (Twelfth Overall) Award
THIRD (2nd) CAVALRY DIVISION, XVI CORPS, Eighth Consecutive (Twelfth Overall) Award
This marks the second time that Army of the Tennessee has recorded a 100% Muster Return, the fourth time for the XV Corps, and the tenth time for the XVI Corps!
Four divisions now share the honor as that AotT division with the most 100% Muster Returns, the number being twelve!
The present officers of the Second Infantry Division, XV Corps, Second Infantry Division, XVI Corps, and the Third (2nd) Cavalry Division, XVI Corps have earned themselves the Meritorious Unit Citation by virtue of their division's fourth consecutive, 100% Muster Return. Those officers are:
Maj. Gen. Stefan Reuter, third such award.
Lt. Gen. Ed Lytwak, third such award.
Lt. Alek Krolikowski, first such award.
Maj. Gen. Joe Bukal, third such award.
Brig. Gen. Pete Russo, third such award.
Maj. Gen. Gary McClellan, third such award.
Brig. Gen. John Sheffield, second such award.
Col. Neal Carney, third such award.
Lt. Gen. Bob Hughes, third such award.
Lt. Col. Clay Shurts, first such award.
Maj. Gen. John Marchese, third such award.
Col. Zafer Edjer, third such award.
Maj. Einar Jon Masson, second such award.
Maj. Gen. John Lytwak, third such award.
Maj. Gen. Brent Horrocks, fifth such award.
Brig. Gen. David Swartz, third such award.
Capt. Ephraim Burton, second such award.
Brig. Gen. Ken Jones, third such award.
Brig. Gen. David Elkin, third such award.
The XVI Corps was awarded its ninth overall 100% Muster Return designation, making it the most proficient mustering corps of the entire, ACWGC Union Army!
My personal thanks and congratulations to all of the officers who have participated so favorably with their Muster Reports in this third month of the new year!

Captain, you will have some trouble getting a reb to go with your optional rule selections as it puts the CSA at a disadvantage. I would certainly met you at Gettysburg, but even I would not go with that rule selection.
