The following award earned in battle for the month of November, 2010, is now made.

Battlefield Ribbon for Major Victory at Second Winchester, 1st such award.
In addition, the Army of the Tennessee has recorded its first 100% Muster Return this month, all available active officers answering their call. In recognition of this spectactular response, the army as a group has been awarded its first Golden Cockade Eagle, and the army's designating flag has been ordered by me to be embellished with an embroidered miniature of this device as a permanent display of this event.
