The Western Thunder Tournament has no officially come to an end, and the following tournament award ribbons have been presented to those AotT officers who have completed their battles.
Western Thunder Tournament Participation Ribbon awarded to:
Captain Roberto Sanchez, Lieutenant Colonel Andreas Trommel, Colonels John Sheffield and Steve Trauth (Ret.), Brigadier Generals Paul Brennan, Pete Russo, John Lytwak, Richard Orris, Ken "Muddy" Jones and Charles Babb, Major General Dan Peterjohn, and General Kelly Ross
Western Thunder Tournament Minor Victory Ribbon awarded to:
Colonels Dave Elkin and Zafer Edjer, Brigadier General Jeffrey McDonald and General Joseph Meyer.
Western Thunder Tournament Major Victory Ribbon awarded to:
Brigadier Generals Richard Trembley and Stefan Reuter and Lieutenant General Ian Miller, General Miller being awarded two such!
My personal compliments to these officers for their victories upon the field and for their expertise in the prosecution of the war within this tournament. The Western Thunder Tournament resulting in a convincing Union Victory!
