The following awards earned in battle for the month of October, 2010, are now made.

Battlefield Ribbon for Major Victory at Rocky Face Ridge, 1st such award.
Lieutenant Michael Dowling
Battlefield Ribbon for Chancellorville, 3-Day, 1st such award.
Colonel Dave "Old Spec & Spurs" Elkin
Battlefield Ribbon for Major Victory at Aldie, 1st such award.
Brigadier General Stefan Reuter
Battlefield Ribbon for Major Victory at Antietam, 2nd such award.
In addition to these Battlefield Ribbons the following officer is hereby awarded the Union Army Combat Badge and Ribbon for his high completion activity during the month of October.
Lieutenant General Ian Miller, his 1st such award.
As the Western Thunder Tournament begins to close out its activities, the following tournament award ribbons are presented to those AotT officers who have completed their battles.
Western Thunder Tournament Participation Ribbon awarded to:
Colonels Dave Elkin and Steve Trauth (Ret.), Lieutenant Colonel Andeas Trommel, Brigadier Generals Paul Brennan, John Lytwak, Richard Orris, Ken "Muddy" Jones and Charles Babb, and Major General Dan Peterjohn.
Western Thunder Tournament Minor Victory Ribbon awarded to:
Colonel Zafer Edjer, Brigadier General Jeffrey McDonald and General Joseph Meyer.
Western Thunder Tournament Major Victory Ribbon awarded to:
Brigadier General Stefan Reuter and Lieutenant General Ian Miller, General Miller being awarded two such!
My personal compliments to these officers for their victories upon the field and for their expertise in the prosecution of this war.
