Lieutenant Colonel Zafer Edjer
Battlefield Ribbon for Major Victory at Seven Days, 1st such award.
Colonel Dave "Old Spec & Spurs" Elkin
HPS Campaign Ribbon for Campaign Victory in HPS Campaign Franklin, 1st such award.
In addition to these Battlefield Ribbons the following officers are hereby awarded the Union Army Combat Badge and Ribbon for their high activity during the month of September.
