ROCKY FACE RIDGE
Lieutenant General Michael Dowling was awarded the Rocky Face Ridge ribbon for his Major Victory in the 46-turn JTS/HPS Campaign Atlanta scenario, 005-Rocky Face Meeting Engagement.
