Gentlemen,
It is my pleasure to present the February, 2015 Monthly Report of the Union Army of the Tennessee.
STRENGTH: This month the AotT conducted its Sixty-second muster since its reorganization in January 2010. As of this date, this field army has attached to it an aggregate of forty-one officers. Of these, forty are present for duty. Of the forty officers present for duty, thirty-nine answered the January muster giving the AotT a 97% rate of effectives. Lt. Aldo Miccio (2/1/XV) did not answer the February muster and is listed as missing.

1) Capt. Len Hermer, 2/3(1Cav)/XV, answered his OOC notice and has been returned to duty.
2) Col. Dan Macnamara, 1/3(1Cav)/XV, answered his OOC notice and has been returned to duty.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE: Lt.Gen. Ian Miller, 4/3(2Cav)/XVI, is on a 6 month Leave of Absence at his own request. He is due to report back to active service on July 1, 2015.

RECENTLY ASSIGNED OFFICERS: NONE
PROMOTIONS: Capt. David Earls (Horse Artillery/3(2Cav)/XVI) has reached the required OBD points to be promoted to Major.
SPECIAL PROJECTS: Getting the AotT/AoW tournament up and running has been a painfully slow process. General John Dragan of the AoW has made an initial contact with me, but has not replied to my suggested course of action for the tournament. Seven AotT officers have signed up for the tournament.
ARMY VACANCIES:
There are currently eleven brigade vacancies within the AotT OOB.
a) All six of the 7th Reserve Brigades are vacant.
b) The remaining brigade vacancies include:
1) 1st Infantry Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, XV Corps
2) 3rd Infantry Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, XV Corps
3) 5th Infantry Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, XV Corps
4) 5th Cavalry Brigade, 3(1Cav) Cavalry Division, XV Corps
5) Artillery Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, XVI Corps
EAGLE DIVISIONS: Five of the six AotT divisions turned in a 100% Muster Return this month. The following records have been noted:
Lt. Col. Derek Hampel’s’s Second Infantry Division, XV Corps, Eleventh Consecutive, Fifty-fourth overall effort.
Maj. Gen. Ray Matthews’ Third(1Cav) Cavalry Division, XV Corps, First Consecutive, Forty-seventh overall effort.
General Chuck Jensen’s First Infantry Division, XVI Corps: Twenty-fifth Consecutive and Fifty-second overall effort.
Maj. Gen. John Sheffield’s Second Infantry Division, XVI Corps: Thirteenth consecutive and Fifty-first overall effort.
Lt. Col. Rich Miskinis’ Third Cavalry Division (2Cav), XVI Corps: Twenty-sixth consecutive and Fifty-second overall effort.
BATTLE REPORT:
The AotT completed 11 actions in January 2015. These actions consisted of 8 BATTLES and 3 MANEUVERS. Of the 8 BATTLES, the AotT won 1 MAJOR VICTORY. Confederate forces gained 3 MAJOR VICTORIES and 2 MINOR VICTORIES. There were 2 DRAWS.
BATTLEFIELD RIBBONS FOR MAJOR VICTORIES:
Lt. Col. Rich Miskinis won a Battlefield Ribbon for his Major Victory at Chickamauga (TS Chickamauga, Scn 10z. 85 turns)
