OFFICERS OF THE ACWGC UNION ARMY,
ATTENTION TO PARADE!
It is my personal pleasure to make the following awards to General Frank Mullins, 2/1/XVI (AotT), and Brigadier General James Wilkes, 2/3/XX (AotC), for their involvement and contributions as Union officers in producing the graphical upgrades to the unit and leader displays within the HPS Civil War Campaign game series. While this work has been of such a character as to elicit the praise of the entire club, the Union Army is especially honored to have two of the four individuals involved within their own ranks, and takes the time to directly acknowledge their accomplishments in its own manner. Their very meticulous and focused work, which can be found at http://old-banshee.yolasite.com/ has produced, and is still producing, a series of very colorful, exciting and accurate portraitures that add another dimension to the enjoyment of these games.
For General Frank Mullins, who heads and directs this team, which also includes Bill Lott and Rick DeNicolo (and formerly Ed Stewart), I am pleased to present him with the ACWGC Union Army's Outstanding Service Medal, his second such career award.
For Brigadier General James Wilkes, who has contributed much of his personal time in the actual construction of a good portion of these images, I am pleased to present him with the Union Army's Distinguished Service Order, his first such career award.
OFFICERS OF THE ACWGC UNION ARMY,
Present, ARMS!...Order, ARMS!
