CITATION FOR HONORABLE SERVICE MEDAL COMMENDATION
AND ASSOCIATE GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL
BRIGADIER GENERAL TOMMY LYNN
Brigadier General Tommy Lynn is awarded both the Union Army's Honorable Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal for his constant, dependable and erstwhile service as the Union Military Academy's Assistant Superintendent (Chief of Staff) during the year, 2012. General Lynn's performance has entailed his close assistance to the Superintendent, on-the-job service as an UMA Instructor, and as the Union Commandant of Cadets to the on-going Lieutenant's Cup Tournament. His contributions and support of the UMA operations have embellished the operation of that institution with a particularly animated flavor and enthusiasm.
The HSM is the General's first such award, the GCM his second!
