LIEUTENANT GENERAL KEVIN KILLEEN
Upon the enthusiastic recommendation of General David Danner, Commander of the Army of the Cumberland, the endorsement of General Ernie Sands, Commander of the Western Department, and at the direction and upon the authority of the ACWGC Union Army General-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Kevin Killeen is awarded the Union Army's Outstanding Service Medal and Ribbon in recognition of his committed and dependable service as the Commander of the AotC's XIV Corps.
