Col. Nelson Finally Receives His First Star!

This certificate, originally issued over 45 days ago, was found yesterday, inside an abandoned courier pouch lying in an alleyway near the back door of Miss Rhonda's. One of Miss Rhonda's girls was kind enough to drop it off at my office.
