Official ACWGC Union Army General rank promotion announcements, command appointments and UA awards are made on the Parade Ground. The Mess Tent serves as a casual place for all club members to socialize, drink or have a meal, as long as they spend Yankee dollars! And, as much as we like to accommodate our Southron brethren, they will not be able to vote in any polls held here, or gain access to the restricted areas.
OFFICERS OF THE ACWGC UNION ARMY, ATTENTION TO PARADE!
Brigadier General Scott Eichelberger has been voted onto the ACWGC Cabinet as a new Union Army Secretary, replacing General Dave Danner. Congratulations are offered to Scott along with our best wishes for a profitable and satisfactory tenure for these next, two years’ service. It is hoped that he will represent the Union Military Group in the best manner possible, as well as the continued good care of the ACWGC.
General David Danner now receives the heartfelt thanks of the Union Military Group for his past, nearly five years service as a Union Army Secretary, and the following commendations as he leaves office.
The Union Army Outstanding Service Medal (his 6th), the Exemplary Service Medal (his 8th) and the Honorable Service Medal (his 8th).
Dave will also be eligible to wear the Union Army Secretary Ribbon w/5 attachments.
