Colonel Scott Eichelberger is hereby awarded the following commendations for the enthusiastic and timely manner in which he volunteered and committed his service as the Union Military Academy's Superintendent: the Honorable Service Medal (his 1st), the Union Army's Good Conduct Medal (his 3rd) an the UMA Istructor's Medal (his 1st).
Colonel Eichelberger is also authorized to display the UMA Superintendent's ribbon.
