Union Army Muster

Gentlemen:

Thanks to the hard work of Generals Litchenberg, Meyer, and Osborne over the past couple of months, the Union Army now has the title of being a lean, mean, fighting machine! Due to the culling out of inactive officers, the Union Army has reached a muster rate of 96% for February! This is the best it has been since General Meyer was in command three years ago.

General Danner has not been slacking either, we now have a few cadets in training that will help fill the ranks. When they arrive under your command, I request that each be taken under your capable wings and properly welcomed to the ways of the Grand Army of the Republic.

And all I have to add is thank you and keep up the good work!
