Gentlemen of the U.S.Army:
Having received only one nomination for the USA Secretary, the Cabinet is pleased to announce USA General David Danner is elected to the post by acclamation. His duties will begin immediately.

Congratulations, Dave! Good to see you getting in from up to your ankles to now up to your knees! Soon you will be staggering about from all of the free booze that the Cabinet keeps stocked up there in Washingmond or Richton, whichever name you prefer. (I think its the former with a USA-man as club president, and the later when its a CSA-man!) Nevertheless, let cool heads prevail and wisdom take center stage in all of your deliberations and judgments. And don't forget that any suggestion coming from General Cameron McOmish must be accompanied by a certificate of sobriety before it can be accepted upon the agenda.
