ATTENTION TO PARADE!
Upon the graduation of his fifth cadet from the Union Military Academy, Major General Brett Kolcun, Commander 1st Brigade, Cavalry Division, XX Corps, Army of the Cumberland, is awarded the Union Military Academy Instructor's ribbon with silver star. This award is made at the behest and authority of General Derald Riggs, General-in-Chief of the ACWGC Union Army.
