Maj. Gen. Martin Appointed UMA Superintendency!

Major General David Martin is hereby appointed Superintendent of the Union Military Academy, effective this date by my direction.
Lieutenant General Tommy Lynn is relieved of the Superintendency of the Union Military Academy this date and retired from active service.
