GENERAL FRANK DiNOLA
General Frank DiNola is awarded both the Union Army's Outstanding and Exemplary Service Medals and the Good Conduct Medal for his excellent, dependable and consistent service as the Commander of the Union Army of the Potomac for the period of August, 2013 to August, 2014.
The OSM is the General's first such award, the ESM his third and the GCM his third!
