Lt. Gen. Russo Earns 5x UMA Ribbon!

OFFICERS OF THE ACWGC UNION ARMY,
ATTENTION TO PARADE!
Lieutenant General Pete Russo, Chief of Staff, Army of the the Tennessee, has been issued the Union Academy Service Ribbon, Five Graduates for successfully completing the training and graduation of his fifth cadet from the UMA. Lieutenant General Russo's award comes direct from the office of the General-in-Chief.
Please join me in saluting him for his personal contributions to the continued good welfare and strength of the ACWGC Union Army.
