President Obamas military budget cuts impat the AoT

"Due to President Obamas military budget cuts AoT officers and men are no longer issued pants, but they are issued very short skirts which are cheaper. The Chief of the Union Armies has now deemed it prudent that all AoT officers of Colonel rank and higher now must wax their legs to ensure that the skirts show officers legs at their best. To date the affects have been positive with two Confederate Armies broken due to uncontrolled hysterics. The President of the Confederacy has stated that the war has now sunk to an all time low"
