AotT webpage

Officers of the AotT,

I recently completed an update to the AotT OOB webpage for the re-organization of the army.

At the time I was not aware that several of the AotC Divisions that were transferred were keeping their division names so they were not included.
I did add the recent awards for the Wild West 1862 tournament but there may be others I missed.
Not sure if Gen. Newell has had any luck finding someone to take over the webpage duties but if anyone has a basic knowledge of html they should be able to update the site from this point. I can provide some help to anyone interested in handling these duties and in my update I made some adjustments that I think will make it easier to understand and update.
