January Muster, Cumberland Rifles

Post by David Danner »

Gentlemen:

Please Muster under this Flag.

1. C:\Antietam: 194, Hagerstown, with Mike Barycki, against Lynn Newell and Derald Riggs. Mike and I are the Rebel team. Turn 15/86 has just been completed and the Union is advancing and has suffered some cavalry captures. This is a meeting engagement and mirror match. The Union has forced themselves into Hagerstown.

2. C:\Antietam: 194, Hagerstown, with Mike Barycki, against Lynn Newell and Derald Riggs. We are the Union team. Turn 15/86 has just been completed and Rebels have entered the city. There has been light fighting in the south so far in this mirror match. .

3. C:\Overland:, Struggle for Control:, with Robert Frost, Mike Barycki, and Derald Riggs, against Tim Reneau, Tom Carlingtonne, Michael Chandler, and Jaume Campderros of the CSA. This is a new and massing made-up meeting game by Robert Frost using the basic Overland map but troops for the Gettysburg game Struggle for Control. What a massive project General Frost has made. General Frost is also game Commander. At turn 40/150 both sides are maneuvering using their beginning strategy to form up but the Rebels have lost over 1k cavalry. Night after day leaves the Rebs with a minor loss so far. Dawn has broken for day 2.

4. C:\Chickamauga: 095: Clash North of the Cumberland, against Nick Kunz of the CSA. This is a Wild West 1863 Challenge game. Turn 1/40 has just been one-half completed.
