Help with oak-leaves!

Gentlemen, I learned today how to read my reports and found a pair of oak-leaves in my mail. Now I don't remember being a Captain (let alone a 1st Lt), but despite the impressiveness of this new rank I don't know how to change my signature on the ucp. A bottle of the best in the house for anybody who can help me pin these on! Until then I remain...

User Control Panel
Find "Profile" on the left side, click.
Find "Edit Signature" on the left side, click.
Edit your signature.
