The following Divisions were named Twin-Star Division Honor Guards
for the month of February, 2021.
First Infantry Division, VI Corps, Colonel Lynn Newell commanding,
First Infantry Division, VIII Corps, Major General Tim Wheeler commanding and
Second Infantry Division, VIII Corps, Major General Ryan Woods commanding.

The following officer received his 16th attachment to his Officer's Muster Ribbon for reporting his 96th Muster in the month of February, 2021.
Brigadier General Joe McCleery
The following officer received his 15th attachment to his Officer's Muster Ribbon for reporting his 90th Muster in the month of February, 2021.
General Joseph Meyer
The following officer received his 1st Officer's Muster Ribbon for reporting his 6th Muster in the month of February, 2021.
Captain August Hu
For the month of February, 2021, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 38 officers in the Aggregate, 31 officers Present (having answered January's Muster) and 34 officers Effective (having answered the February Muster Call). Three officers were Out-of-Contact and one officer was detached to the AotS Hospital.
