The following Divisions were named Twin-Star Division Honor Guards for the month of December, 2020.

For the month of December, 2020, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 38 officers in the Aggregate, 35 officers Present (having answered November's Muster) and 36 officers Effective (having answered the December Muster Call). Two officers were Out-of-Contact.
