For the month of November, 2020, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 38 officers in the Aggregate, 35 officers Present (having answered October's Muster) and 35 officers Effective (having answered the November Muster Call). Two officers were OOC, one officer retired and one officer discharged.
