For the month of November, 2019, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 29 officers in the Aggregate, 26 officers Present (having answered October''s Muster) and 27 officers Effective (having answered the November Muster Call). There was 1 officer reported as OOC and 1 officer detached to the AotS Hospital and subsequently discharged on December 1st.
