The following Divisions were named Twin-Star Division Honor Guards for the month of November, 2018.
Second Infantry Division, VI Corps, Major General Lucas Kling commanding,
Third Infantry Division,VI Corps, Brigadier General Mike Stefanowicz commanding and
First Infantry Division, VIII Corps, Maj. Gen. Tim Wheeler commanding.
For the month of November, 2018, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 34 officers in the Aggregate, 29 officers Present (having answered October''s Muster) and 29 officers Effective (having answered the November Muster Call). There were 2 officers reported as Out-of-Contact (OOC), 1 officer detached to the Hospital, 1 officer reported as on Leave of Absence and 1 officer Retired.
