For the month of August, 2018, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 34 officers in the Aggregate, 31 officers Present (having answered July's Muster) and 30 officers Effective (having answered the August Muster Call). There was 1 officer detached to the AotS Hospital, 3 officers reported as Out-of-Contact (OOC) and 2 officers reported as on Leave of Absence.
