Gentlemen,

I ask you all that are here present in the bar to offer a hearty congratulations to Lt. Gen David Groce on his successes as of the February, 2017 Muster Call.

He reported via DOR that he had completed a Major Victory in Corinth and a Major Victory in a Gettysburg MP game. That is outstanding, especially considering the length of time a MP game can go on.

I offer my personal Congratulations and wish you continued successes.
