The following Divisions were named Twin-Star Division Honor Guards for the month of November, 2016.

First Infantry Division, VIII Corps, Brig. Gen. Tim Wheeler commanding and
Second Infantry Division, VIII Corps, Lt. Gen. Randy Brooks commanding.

The following officer was awarded his 7th AotS Officer's Muster Ribbon for having completed his 42nd Muster Return in the month of November, 2016!
Major General Ron Virts
The following officer was awarded his 6th AotS Officer's Muster Ribbon for having completed his 36th Muster Return in the month of November, 2016!
Brigadier General Bill Croft
The following officers were awarded their 5th AotS Officer's Muster Ribbons for having completed their 30th Muster Return in the month of November, 2016!

For the month of November, 2016, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 34 officers in the Aggregate, 32 officers Present (having answered October's Muster) and 30 officers Effective (having answered the November Muster Call). There were 2 officers Out-of-Contact and 2 officers on Leave of Absence.
