For the month of September, 2015, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 37 officers in the Aggregate, 35 officers Present (having answered August's Muster) and 34 officers Effective (having answered the September Muster Call). 1 officer was retired and there were 3 officers listed as Out-of-Contact. No new officers were assigned.
