AotS March/April, 2014 Muster Awards!

OFFICERS OF THE ARMY OF THE SHENANDOAH,
ATTENTION TO PARADE!


The following Divisions were named Twin-Star Division Honor Guards for the month of February, 2014.

Second Infantry Division, VI Corps, Maj. Gen. Lucas Kling commanding and
Second Infantry Division, VIII Corps, Maj. Gen. Ernie Fantini temporarily commanding.

The officers of the Second Infantry Division, VI Corps, Maj. Gen. Lucas Kling commanding was awarded the Meritorious Unit Citation for having turned in six, consecutive 100% Musters, October, 2013 thru March, 2014.

The following Divisions were named Twin-Star Division Honor Guards for the month of April, 2014.

First Cavalry Division, VI Corps, Maj. Gen. George Denney commanding,
Second Infantry Division, VI Corps, Maj. Gen. Lucas Kling commanding,
Third Infantry Division, VI Corps, Brig. Gen. Robert Noftz commanding, and
Second Infantry Division, VIII Corps, Maj. Gen. Ernie Fantini temporarily commanding.


The VI Corps, AotS, Lieutenant General Joe Mishurda commanding, was awarded its third General Staff Coat Button Award for turning in a 100% Muster in the month of April.

The following officer was awarded the specified 2nd AotS Officer's Muster Ribbon for having completed his 12th Muster Return in the month of March!

Please join me in congratulating these officers for their accomplishments.

For the month of March the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 38 officers in the Aggregate, 33 officers Present (having answered Februarys Muster) and 32 officers Effective (having answered the March Muster Call). Two officers were on Leaves of Absence and four officers remained Out-of-Contact (OOC and assigned to the "Ninth Division").

For the month of April the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 38 officers in the Aggregate, 32 officers Present (having answered March's Muster) and 34 officers Effective (having answered the April Muster Call). Two officers were on Leaves of Absence, one officer remained Out-of-Contact, and one officer assigned to the AotS Hospital.
