Brigadier General Robert Noftz scored Major Victories not qualifying for a ribbon in HPSCN, South Sharpsburg and HPSCCH, Mill Springs.
Minor Victories were scored by Lieutenant General David Groce in HPSCV Ingraham Heights (a Red Badge of CourageTournament game), Brigadier General Leon Korotko in HPSCG Morengo in the Heartland, Lieutenant General Dale Lastowica in HPSCV Champion Hill and Major General George Denney in HPSCA Chattahoochie.
Other officers completing games upon the field of battle for December, 2013 were Major General's Lucas Kling and Ernie Fantini, General Drex Ringbloom and Lieutenant Colonel Chris Perleberg.
