For the month of January, 2017, the Army of the Shenandoah reported a total of 34 officers in the Aggregate, 32 officers Present (having answered December's Muster) and 29 officers Effective (having answered the January Muster Call). There were 2 officers on Leave of Absence and 3 officers Out-of-Contact.
