The following Commendation Award is now presented.
Maj. Gen. Lutz Schmidt
Kearny Cross of Valor
Maj. Gen. Schmidt's battle record for the first half of 2102 was 6-2-3-0-0, making him responsible for nearly 1/4 of all AotP victories thus far this year as well as being the most active officer in regards to battles for that period. He is thereby awarded the Kearny Cross of Valor for outstanding achievements on the field of battle. This award carries with it 15 OBD Points.
My congratulations to him and to these officers for their accomplishments upon the field of battle.
