Gentlemen,
I'm afraid I was tied up last month and forgot to post the AotP Report so I'll have to play catch up.
September was a fair month for the AotP, with a combat record of 3-2-1-0-5 we held the rebel horde in check for the month. Then Col. Flaherty on the other hand had an excellent September winning 3 Major Victories and 3 Battle Ribbons and his record of 4-3-2-0-2 for the 3rd Quarter was second best in the army earning him a Combat Badge Medal. Gen Lutz Schmidt had the best record in the AotP for the quarter and was awarded the Sheridan Combat Medal.
October was an even better month for the AotP, with a record of 5-2-0-1-0 the army is within 4 victories of having a winning record for 2011.
Newly promoted Brig Gen. Flaherty once again led the army with 2 Major Victories and Battle Ribbons at Franklin Turnpike '62 and Hagerstown.
Lt.Gen. Dwight McBride contributed a Major and 2 Minor Victories and earned another Murfreesboro Ribbon.
He was joined by Lt.Gen. David Groce and Brig. Gen. Lutrz Schmidt who each earned a major victory and a battle ribbon.
I propose a toast to these fine officers, the first round is on me.
