Tavern Inspection by CSA Inspector of Taverns
Well Union people the place is a dump, so full marks. It has not been cleaned in years, so again full marks. The drunk and nearly dead have not been removed, full marks again. However the big let down my finding of empty low alcohol beer bottles, shocking. You boys are going to have to do much worse to live down to the standards of the Vicksburg Arms Tavern

Men of The Army Of The Potomac. When did you allow Rebs in your Tavern especially a reb from the West. I guess he couldn't handle the heat in the West and deserted to the east, that is only one explanation the other is he is applying for the Bar Maid position.
