It is my distinct pleasure and privilege to award the Union Army Good Conduct Medal to Maj Gen Sickbert, Maj Gen Hecht, Maj Gen Baker, and Col Dortch for their perfect muster records, high level of gaming activity, and exemplary leadership in senior command positions, each contributed to the Army of the Potomac, and to efforts to quell the Southern rebellion and restore our perfect Union in 2018.
