AotP webpages updated for October

AotP webpages have been updated with the latest ranks, OBD levels, awards and information from the October reports.
It was a very quiet month as the AotP did not complete any battles and so there are no awards this month.
We do have Brigadier General Randall Sickbert's promotion to celebrate so it was still a good month.
