Gentlemen,
My apologies for not getting here sooner but personal business has kept me away for some time.
First off allow me to congratulate
Lt. Gen. David Martin on his taking command of V Corps.
Major General Osborne on his Murfreesboro Ribbon and promotion.
Lt. Col. Randall Sickbert on his promotion to Colonel.
And I want to wish Lt. Colonel Mark Davis the best on his retirement.
The AotP webpages have been brought up to date with all promotions, awards and OBD levels.
Hopefully things will get back to normal next month.
