Gentlemen of the army of the Potomac,

I have this date, within the Parade Ground & Mess Tent of the Union Army HQ Forum, made official announcement of the promotion of Major General Philip Roubaud to his full generalcy, this action taken after his successful direction of the AotP for a period of six months and in recognition of his voluntary contributions to the good order and welfare of that command. Please join me for celebratory drinks, the first round of which are upon my own tab, here at the Gettysburg Arms!

Hey! A belated "Congratulations!", General.

May your glass never be empty,
Your belly never full,
May your favourite always be ready
and you never be drunk as a fool!

Regards

General Mark Oakford
Commander
Militia Division
Army of the Potomac

Congrats, Phil.

Since he was a Maj. Gen. before, shouldn't that be "earns third and fourth star"? ;)
