Let us hope he has his drinking diaper on as well! We just polished the floor in here.cameronm wrote:To late young Deano, I have arrived and I have my drinking boots on.
Congrats Deano! My old paley boy is moving on up in the world! I told you... keep sending cigars to the Army commander and you will get ahead

Thank you! Thank you! I'm very happy and pleased to see you all here!
Cam, thanks for coming but you didn't need to bring your boots! I wash enough dishes just to pay off my tab when you visit. When you stay awhile I also have to donate plasma!
Drink up, I am!
Deano

General Martin <salute>
Deano, my congratulations on your assignment! I'm still working with a lame mount, however look forward to resuming our contests once a more suitable mount is obtained.
Tell me about this "Dixieland Blues" Division you're commanding. There may be some interest within the Army of the Mississippi for a contest of some kind.
Highest regards,

The Dixieland Blues are a bunch of replanted Rebs , lead by a "slightly off" southerner offering something a little different. Besides the fact the DC is a "little different" anyway all Brigade Commanders in the Division are former Rebel Officers. I'm sure you know them one and all; so you can appreciate how different the Blues really are!
I would greatly appreciate it if you can find a way to develop a contest or two between your esteemed Division and my upstarts. We are ready to take the field of battle; locked and loaded.
Warmest Regards,
Deano {salute}
