Gentlemen of the Union Army of the Potomac,

Please join me in welcoming Lt. Phillip Messier, lately arrived from the UMA and assuming command of the 7th Reserve Brigade, Second Infantry Division, I Corps. We're hoping that as we ply him with drinks that he'll tell us a little about himself!
