AotP website updated

Gentlemen,

I have completed the AotP webpage update with the changes from the recent reorganization and additional flags needed to support it.
All ranks and OBD levels updated as of 12/22/2021.
Some awards may be missing as I have not accounted for November/December awards yet, hope to get that done next month.

Also the recent General Order #9 has produced a change in awards, I still need to clarify this with the CoA but I believe starting in December all previous battle awards are no longer made. The new Theater Awards will be used, suggest you look over the order to see all the effects of this change. The order does allow previous awards to continue to be displayed, I will leave those as is unless you notify me other wise. Not sure when the UA Awards site will be updated.

I have added the recent awards to AotP officers for the Wild West 1862 tournament to the webpage and any assignment, rank and OBD changes have also been updated.
