CITATION FOR EXEMPLARY SERVICE MEDAL COMMENDATION
AND ASSOCIATE GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL
MAJOR GENERAL MARK VAN DER HAGEN
Major General van der Hagen is awarded both the Union Army's Exemplary Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal for his dependable and consistent service as a Union Army Cabinet Secretary during the year, 2012.
The ESM is the General's first such award, the GCM his second!
General van der Hagen is also authorized to display the Union Army Cabinet Secretary 1-Year Service Ribbon.
