CITATION FOR EXEMPLARY SERVICE MEDAL COMMENDATION
AND ASSOCIATE GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL
GENERAL DERALD RIGGS
General Derald Riggs is awarded both the Union Army's Exemplary Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal for his dependable and consistent service as a Union Army Cabinet Secretary during the year, 2012.
The ESM is the General's second such award, the GCM his first!
General Riggs is also authorized to display the Union Army Cabinet Secretary 1-Year Service Ribbon.
