XIV Corps Command and Staffing Changes

By authority of the General-in-Chief, Joseph Meyer, General Derald Riggs will assume Command of the XIV Corps. We welcome him into another new role within the AotC and Union Army.
Lieutenant General Kevin Killeen will move his Headquarters to the XIV Corps, 3rd Division, 3rd Brigade, and remain active but have some extra time for his growing family.
Major General Greg Edmand will take Command of the XIV Corps, 1st Division, Artillery Brigade and is working, in great hast, to get his mount (pc) ready for the winter campaign season.
Orders have been issued for the above changes and they are to take effect immediately. Salute and congratulations gentlemen.
